The Downstairs Diner opened
in historic St. Louis City Hall in May of 2005.
Now hailed as St. Louis' "best" diner, we
offer a vairiety of old style diner favorites and homestyle
blue plate specials. The "diner" is open from
7 am Monday to Friday, closing at 3 pm mon - thurs,
and 2 pm on Fridays. The "diner" is located
in the lower level of St. Louis City Hall.
