The Downstairs Diner
is located in the lower level of the St. Louis City
Hall. The diner serves both People's Coffee and a wide
array of fresh homestyle entrees, burgers, and a full
breakfast menu. Known for it's fresh cut french
fries, the Downstairs Diner is an experience not to be
missed!!

Seventh Story Cafe can be found on
the seventh floor of the Carnahan Courthouse downtown
St. Louis. The cafe serves members of the St. Louis
Circuit Courts system, City employees, jurors, and many
more. Made to order sandwiches, fresh salads, and hot
soup served daily. People's coffee at the Carnahan also
serves hot coffee, lattes, teas, and juices. Come early
for bagels and muffins.
